FAQ
What do you need to make an offer on my scrap?
The grade or what you believe it is, the form, the approximate weight, where the material is, and photographs. XRF readings, a PMI report or mill certificates make the offer firmer.
Can I sell scrap if I do not know the grade?
Yes. Choose “Not sure”, describe where the material came from and send photographs. If you have XRF readings, the grade identifier gives a first indication.
What happens after I submit the form?
The details and photographs come to our desk by email. We review the grade, form and evidence supplied and respond with relevant next steps.
Do you buy small quantities?
Tell us what you have. Small lots of high-value grades, such as rhenium-bearing revert, can still be worth handling.
Is my information shared with anyone?
No. It is used only to reply to your enquiry.
